• Drain all low point drains for dry systems

Annual

• Perform dry system trip test
• Trip test quick operating devices and reset
• Visually inspect all sprinklers, system piping, hangers from floor (as needed)
• Perform fire pump flow test as per NFPA 25 and NFPA 20
• Perform pre-action system trip test
• Test all backflow prevention devices
• Test fire hydrant for proper operation
• Flow Test of Fire Hydrant
• Inspect building for proper heat, exterior openings (as needed)
• Inspect and test all antifreeze systems, record results

Annual Backflow Preventer Testing

• ASSE Certified for Backflow Testing and Repairs
• Schedule your testing a year in advanced or the same day same day service.
• Willing to work with your local Water Authority. We submit your testing reports so you don’t have to!!!!

Fire Pump Testing

• NFPA 20 guidelines state that you must run your fire pump weekly (Electric Driven Pumps) or monthly (Diesel Driven Pumps). We offer pump testing and maintenance services to ensure the operation of your Fire Pump.
